2. In short

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools and loads no third-party scripts or fonts. The tool calculates entirely in your browser. Your entries are not sent to us. Only if you explicitly choose “Remember on this device” does your browser store them locally (localStorage, key: aussaat-kalender-v1-de (andere Sprachen: aussaat-kalender-v1-en usw.)); “Delete saved data” removes them again.

3. Hosting

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When any page is requested, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and system information, referrer) to deliver the page and prevent abuse. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in reliable delivery). Data may be transferred to the USA; according to Cloudflare, such transfers are based on the EU Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. 4. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR) and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Please contact the email address above.
